Well I'm clearly a fussy cow. I haven't done a Hall of Fame in 9 months.
I've been using this for 3 days. THREE DAYS - and it's in the Hall of Fame. I think that's a bit of a world record. Even for me.
Ethos:
Manufactured by Indeed Labs whose objective is to 'eliminate all marketing hype and costs and deliver real results cost effectively'.
- World's first hyaluronic acid that is 100% free of animal derived raw materials and organic solvent remnants
- Paraben free
- Propylene glycol free
- Fragrance free
- Suitable for all skin types
The science:
Hyaluronic acid is found in the body and is responsible for maintaining a 'reservoir of water' in the top layers of the skin. We produce it ourselves but as we age our ability to do so decreases dramatically - one of the reasons we naturally lean towards dryer, baggier skin as we get older (swine).
Hyaluronic Acid is capable of absorbing up to 1000 times its weight in water. Basically it acts like a magnet to anything you put on top of it - so you apply this, put your moisturiser on - and it stays there - the water in your moisturiser takes longer to evaporate off the surface of the skin.
It has a whole host of benefits throughout the body - but more importantly for me personally, a lack of hyaluronic acid in the skin leads to a slower healing time and a higher risk of bacteria on the surface of the skin - which for me, means acne.
Acne that scars and won't heal (swine).
What's in it?
It being sold exclusively at Boots - the ingredients are obviously not listed on their website - something I've complained bitterly about for a long time.
As the print is fairly small I've re-typed below. (As usual, thanks for nothing Boots - you muppets.)
Water, Propanediol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Ahnfeltia Concinna extract, Carbomer, Butylene Glycol, Disodium EDTA, Sodium hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol
What's good about it?
Everything.
- Not dressed up as some fancy ridiculously expensive serum
- Not full of crap
- Does what it says on the box
- Makes no fancy claims such as 'this is all you need' - they actually recommend using underneath your usual products
- Gives instantaneous feeling of moisture
- Plumps skin
- Makes skin super-soft
- Gives the skin a healthy glow
- Makes your other products last much longer as you use less of them
What's bad about it?
I want a bigger size and I'd like my picture on the tube with a big thumbs up like a geek.
That's about it.
Really.
Verdict:
Everyone should own this product. Everyone except pre-teens with that perfect baby bouncy skin.
Judging from the comments in my Clinic alone, 95% of you are dehydrated at some point or another.
Get one and keep it for when you need an extra boost. Post-partying, post-travel, post-illness - or in my case every day, twice a day, until you die.
Get one and keep it for when you need an extra boost. Post-partying, post-travel, post-illness - or in my case every day, twice a day, until you die.
People who:
- Are on medication and can't use much on their skin
- Use incorrect products (without knowing)
- Fly
- Use any kind of public transport
- Sit in an office with either air conditioning or heating
- Are stressed
- Don't have the perfect diet
- Have the audacity to enjoy alcohol
Teens/20+
Younger skins that are dehydrated through overuse of harsh foaming products, apricot kernels *god forbid*, partying, boozing, smoking *slaps you*, anything that puts stress on your skin - you need this in your emergency go-to stash. (What do you mean you don't have one? Go get one. Now.)
30+
Skin starting to look a little drab on occasion? Makeup sinking in to your skin? A little Hydraluron under your moisturiser will fix all that.
40+++
Welcome to my world. I have no doubt your skin will be improved from using this product - unless... erm... unless you have a perfect diet, no stress at all in your life and have a facial every week. Not Gwyneth Paltrow? Buy it. (No offence Gwynnie but you get my drift)
I had a teeny tingle on the first use - lasted about 3 seconds and hasn't been back since.
I look forward to taking my makeup off just to get it on my skin.
You only need a little - it goes a long way. Use it where you feel dehydrated/dry/makeup usually fades the quickest - for me that's cheeks, entire nose area, jawline and lower brow line.
Packaging - 5/5 - plenty of info on the box, nice soft poly tubing and a glorious pink
Texture - 5/5 - not sticky at all - which really surprised me. If it's sticky - you're using too much.
Performance - 5/5 - instant gratification, stays hydrated throughout the day
After effects on the skin - soft, smooth to the touch, visibly plumped (thus hydrated), looks healthier after one use
Hydraluron is £24.99 and is available from Boots. I've seen testers in store so you don't have to take my word for it. Go smear it all over your face. Tell them I sent you. And while you're at it - ask why they don't list ingredients on their website please?
*PR Sample - but I will be repurchasing. Again and again. I have no business affiliations with Hydraluron whatsoever.

I like the sound of it!! So are you saying this is also good for sensitive skin, as I am acne prone and very sensitive so when I see the word 'acid' I freak out a bit as I think it will make my skin red and sore?? Or do you think not? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteYour body makes this itself - it's not that kind of acid! :) I would always try some on your skin first though if you can.
DeleteLove this post! I am adding it to my hit list :D
ReplyDeleteThis stuff sounds like a dream
ReplyDeleteFor US readers it's available online at Walgreens! http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/indeed-labs-hydraluron-moisture-booster-serum-/ID=prod6104465-product
ReplyDeleteI'll definitely be looking into this!
Thanks for the link!
DeleteI second the thanks!! :)
DeleteYay! Thank u also
DeleteI ordered a tube yesterday from Walgreens. I can't wait for it to arrive.
DeleteI ordered a tube yesterday. Thank you for the review!!
DeleteIt's not sold on the Walgreens website anymore! ::sobs::
Deletecan't find it anywhere in the US! :(
DeleteSadly, I can't find this product anywhere in the US. I was hoping for a cheaper alternative to the one I normally use by Skinceuticals, Hydrating B5 Gel, its another hyaluronic product but with a much heftier price tag.
DeleteSadly, I haven't found this product for sell anywhere in the US. I was hoping for an alternative to Skinceuticals, Hydrating B5 Gel, another hyaluronic product but with a much heftier price tag. Caroline have you ever used this product before and if so, how do you feel about it? Love to know your opinion.
DeleteThis sounds awesome! So sad it's not available in Denmark and I haven't been able to find a webshop other than Ebay and I don't like shopping for skincare in Ebay ;P
ReplyDeleteSounds good however,Butylene Glycol, Disodium EDTA, Carbomer and Phenoexathanol are not exactly 'clean'ingredients but better than parebens and mineral oi and the like I guess. Geeta
ReplyDeleteThey make no claim to be clean! :)
DeleteHada Labo (a Japanese brand) is known by their Hyaluronic Acid products. Since it's easier (and cheaper) to be found in my country, I've been using it for a week and I can't tell if it's working well on me or not. Will you take a look at those Hada Labo products and decide wether it's as good as Hydraluron or not? Thanks xx
ReplyDeleteI'll try. :)
DeleteHada Labo? No, sorry :(
DeleteIt only leaves me with sticky feeling rather than keep my skin hydrated.
It didn't work out at all, so I ended up with using it as a body lotion :)).
Never purchase any Rohto products again.

DeleteI've been using Hada Labo and it's really helped my skin plump up and be really moisturized. The formula has changed, so it's absorbed easier and the sticky feeling stays there for only a minute or two. Just try not to use more than three drops. The downside is that it's formulated with parabens. Has no apparent effect on my skin, but those with sensitive skin may want to watch out! Overall, it's still a great product, but I don't know if it's Hydraluron's equal yet since Hydraluron is not available in Singapore so I have yet to try it.
DeleteDammit. Everytime I visit your website I end up buying things!
ReplyDeleteThanks tho :)
Same here Mrs Nichola T, Lady Caroline is a bad influence on me and my bank balance LOL, but to love her candid blog, the best as I love love my skincare and am a junkie. Since reading her blog have splashed out on Super and Carins Blue Lotus and Tonic Oil!!!
DeleteSorry Ladies!
DeleteJust went to order this on Boots.com and it's out of stock. Caroline, if you wouldn't mind emailing me privately with your recommendations first so I can get it while it's in stock, and then tell everyone else, that would be lovely! ;) I'm on the list for when it's back in :)
ReplyDeleteSorry Gillian! LOL
DeleteI've seen this in That Place, but thought "ho-hum, not another face cream". I stand corrected and thank you!
ReplyDeleteWell, you've effectively sold it to me! x
ReplyDeleteLet's be honest here, seeing as you are THE skincare guru, if you recommend it, it HAS to be good.
ReplyDeleteI will be a good girl and do as I am told and will buy at least one.
Thank you so much for recommending something I can actually afford haha!
Charl x
Damn it, wish I'd seen this review sooner! It was on buyapowa and I thought it looked promising but hadn't heard anything about it. Off to boots I go! :) xx
ReplyDeleteBoots need to hurry and get it back in stock!
ReplyDeleteIm using this at the moment too. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Thats about all. Just LOVE. Do as Caroline says Ladies and go and buy it. If I wasn't already using it, I'd go and buy it anyway, just because Mrs Hirons says so. Whatever she says goes. End of.
ReplyDeleteOh hi by the way! Missed being around. Need to have a no kids hour while I go through and read all the posts Ive missed.
Yay!!
DeleteWelcome back Jo! :)
Wow, a ringing endorsement! Going on my shopping list...
ReplyDeleteThanks Caroline, can't wait to try it.
ReplyDeleteQuestion: I'm 39 and don't have many skin complaints other than fine lines and the odd spot. BUT my skin is sooo shiny and always feels really oily. I recently bought some blotting papers and they look pretty grim after just one swipe across my face - but I hesitate to use them on the go as I don't want to wipe my tinted moisturiser off. Would you still recommend Hydraluron for me?
Thanks! xx
Honestly it's hard to say without seeing you. A lot of people with oily skin are dehydrated though...
DeleteMaybe read the dry v dehydrated cheat sheet over there ---> and see what you think?
Going to the UK in a few days and I'll surely go to Boots to get it!!!!!
ReplyDeleteA ringing endorsement! Its a great product and it works. Even for me who's constantly battling 'the oil'.
ReplyDeleteWow this sounds absolutely amazing! Deffo trying it! :D xxx
ReplyDeleteHi Caroline
ReplyDeleteI was just wondering.... I use liquid gold three nights a week, should I use this under liquid gold or just not use this the nights I use liquid gold?
Thanks
Daisy
LG goes on bare skin. Don't use this with it. And only use LG 2 x week. X
DeleteThanks :)
DeleteX
Hi Caroline,
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great product I'd never heard of.
Also, wondered when you will be answering the clinic questions?
Thanks x
I'm working on them day by day - this is why I can't do them too often - I get inundated and hate keep people waiting! Sorry!
DeleteWow! This is a product I have passed on numerous times wary of the results. I will definitely try now, especially since it is easy to get here in Canada. This company makes a couple other complexion products that are worth a try.
ReplyDeleteDidn't have any miraculous change with the others.
DeleteWhere can you get it in Canada?
DeleteShoppers, Lawton and under 20 at Walmart
DeleteHydraluron is back in stock :x.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Caroline, xoxo.
Apologies for the basic question, but could you use this under other serums or just a moisturizer? I currently use omorovicza serums/moisturizer and wondered how this would fit into that regime.
ReplyDeleteMany thanks for your help.
I put this first.
DeleteThanks Caroline, just ordered mine this morning from Boots and there is an offer on - free peptalash worth £24.99 xxx
ReplyDeleteYay!
DeleteHi, is this a moisturiser in itself or should it be used underneath your regular moisturiser? Sorry if that sounds like a really stupid question! Thanks
ReplyDeleteUnderneath a moisturiser. Think of it as a magnet for moisturiser.
DeleteDear Mrs Hirons,
ReplyDeleteI'm from Slovenia, there is no Boots here. HOW DO I GET THIS STUFF?!?! (sorry for the big letters, i'm just really really excited about this product !! Aaahhh, i need it!).
Maja
Do Boots post overseas? I'm sorry!
DeleteI'm in Australia and was wondering the same thing Maja! I checked Boots and no international shipping :( However, I've found it on ebay - so have a search there! x
DeleteIs this made by the same people who make Nanoblur (the packaging looks almost identical....)?
ReplyDeleteIf so, I find their company claim of "'eliminate all marketing hype" quite hilarious!
I know what you mean - I think Nanoblur may have been a big one-off to launch the range per se - this has had barely no press.
DeleteThanks for sharing with us Caroline! I have been wondering this for a while now - can you over hydrate your skin? I.e. If you used this more often than you needed would it have some adverse effect or would you just be wasting product? Or does all skin always benefit from extra hydration?
ReplyDeleteAlways benefits in this way. Doesn't benefit from things like Evian water sprays - they dehydrate you. Although if you sprayed them on top of this it would be a slightly different story.
DeleteHiya :)
ReplyDeleteJust wondering if I cleanse & tone as normal then put this on before my moisturiser? Off to pick this up at lunch!
Sarah xx
Yes. Exactly that.
DeleteGot some earlier, can't wait to try it tonight!
ReplyDeleteOk,I'm really going to have to try this ASAP!
ReplyDeleteThe only reservation I have is that this is made by Indeed labs who claim to "eliminate all marketing hype and costs and deliver real results cost effectively'.Get this - these are the very people who make nanoblur!
See above comment :)
DeleteI just went straight out and bought some. How could I not after that review!
ReplyDeletePhew...I got this from Boots this AM (exactly 2 mins after reading this post)...and not a moment too soon by the sounds of it. On a different note...will there be a clinic this Thurs?? Have a burning question...
ReplyDeleteNo. Still getting through last weeks! Stick it on the end of that - I'll publish it.
DeleteHi, Just bough this today :) How long should I leave it before applying my moisturiser? Also, just applied it there awhile ago and it made my skin feel quite sticky and a tinchy bit tight?? Is this normal? THANKS :)
ReplyDeleteI put my moisturiser straight on top. Apply a smallish amount over cheeks first, then residue everywhere else - then go straight in with next product. Shouldn't be sticky if you do that. Let me know though.
DeleteHi, I did what you suggested but I am not sure if this product is for me. I put moisturiser on over it and waited half an hour. Cheeks still felt slightly tight.
DeleteI then put sunscreen on. It all just started balling up. Might just restrict it to night-time. Do you like the vichy serums? the Liftactive one and they also do an aqualia one for dehydrated skin. Thank you.
What moisturiser and SPF do you use anon?
DeleteYonka pamplemousse and anthelios spf 30. washed my face again and changed moisturiser to yonka creme 28 and it seems to be better. no spf this time. Yonka creme 28 seems to be calming for my dehydrated cheeks but i tend to use a nuxe cream on my nose only :)
DeleteThe SPF will possibly be the rolling cause - the hydraluron will help your cheeks - don't use more than a 5p coin size.
DeleteCaroline, I ordered this from Walgreens . Am planning to use it under the omorovicza bb cream because I find it is a little drying... Do you think I should still use a moisturizer on top of the serum? Is Kate Somerville goat milk ok? Or origins vita zing? Thank u so much!
DeleteI use the goat milk on top of this - works like a charm!
DeleteHi, Can you use this under your eye cream? Tks!
ReplyDeleteYep.
Deletehello caroline, as predicted i went out during my lunch break and bought this from boots today. It was the last one (smug face). I just wanted to check though how to use this as i use the P50 (soon to be getting the original P50v from toska) and the Liquid gold. Would i use this after i apply the P50/P50v or do i use this only at night and on the days i dont use LG? I have sensitive skin and prone to hormonal breakouts. thanks again. x x x x x
ReplyDeleteI use it after P50/toner.
DeleteI use it day and night - but I wouldn't use under LG.
I had a good look at this a couple of weeks ago, and now you have convinced me. My skin is not healing well after an outbreak of pretty severe cystic acne, so will be trying this!!
ReplyDeleteI have been using Sarah Chapman intense hydrating booster, but stopped as I seemed to get an increase of blockages on my neck, not sure if it was the cause or not, daren't try it again just in case.
Thanks Caroline.
This has definitely aided my scarring time. Big time.
DeleteBought it. Was briefly unnerved by my blind faith in your judgement. Applied it last night. Woke up this morning. Faith affirmed. Trying to refrain from stroking my own skin too much. Thank you Caroline!
ReplyDeleteYAY!!!
DeleteI noticed a difference in three days too, I'm an advertisers dream. But usually am disappointed, not with this , love it. :)
ReplyDeleteOrdered! Getting a freebie lash grower as well - thank you, Mrs H.
ReplyDeleteHi Caroline, my only issue with hylauronic acid is that the molecules can be too large to penetrate the skin (first heard about this from my fave derm Leslie Baumann). Do you know anything about the molecule size of the h.acid in Hydraluron?
ReplyDeleteI really respect Dr B too.
DeleteThis uses red algae to act as a carrier to help penetrate. A lot of skincare these days use some form of sea algae as its so amiable to the skin.
Hi Caroline, really sorry to bother you but I just wanted to check..... I asked a question on the clinc last week ad wondered if I will have a response by Friday as I am going 'skincare' shopping :) I know your ultra busy but just wanted to check. I appreciate your advice and the time you dedicate to us all.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much,
Melissa
I'll go look for you
DeleteI understand if you would rather I wait until th next clinic, my comment was posted bang on 6pm
DeleteThanks caroline x
Can't wait for the postman to arrive with this! Thank-you so much for the recommendation, it did feel as though my regimen was missing a little something... hopefully this will be gem!
ReplyDeleteAlso, i was just wondering, would this go on after my serum but before moisturiser?? And do you think this would co-operate with a facial oil on top at night? Im worried the consistencies of the two products would just not work at all together...
Thankyou Caroline!
I tend to use oil on its own - I use this under moisturiser or over serum.
DeleteSounds great! I hope that it will be available in France in the future though. :)
ReplyDeleteWhen I went on Boots website, I saw the ingredients listed (it's between "detailed product information" and "customer reviews". Am I hallucinating??
Really?? I'm looking!
DeleteThanks so much Caroline
ReplyDeleteMelissa
This looks amazing, can't believe i haven't heard about this miracle in a tube before!
ReplyDeleteBtw your humour is so enlightening!
http://lolarose1.blogspot.ie/
xx
Thank you! :)
DeleteCaroline - this is a bit random, but do you have any advice on how to prevent insects from biting your face? I'm going on holiday to Asia next week and there is no way I am putting any boots 50% DEET spray on my face!!! I did hear that rubbing citronella on your neck might help? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I thought out of anybody you might know!! Thanks xx
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't use citronella unless it was on a scarf or something. I'd honestly use ones made just for face.
DeleteI've discovered your blog (it's amazing) and have read your post on dehydrated skin. By the sounds of it I have dehydrated skin. I'm debating between buying this (I don't yet have a moisturiser I'm happy with so I'm worried about using the wrong product with it) or buying the Vichy Aqualia Mineral Balm - tried it in a shop and it seemed really good, except I seem to have developed a couple of spots. I just wondered which you, or anyone else, would recommend? I get the impression that Hydralon would be a better bet. xxx
ReplyDeleteSorry your reply is below! :)
DeleteThis. But you need a moisturiser on top of it don't forget! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you! I'm still looking for a moisturiser. Do you think the Garnier Fresh Essentials Hydrating day cream ok to use alongside it? I had a look at the ingrediants and couldn't see any mineral oils. Thank you again x x x
ReplyDeleteMaybe - can you afford REN? Less silicones.
DeleteYes think I could. Is there anything you would recommend?
DeleteI recommend you to try out Hyaluronic Acid from Dr.CiLabo because it's even purer.
ReplyDelete3 ingredients: water, hyaluronic acid and phenoxyethanol.
XX
Its not just about how pure it is though its about the delivery system.:)
DeleteHi there, can somebody tell me in what order this comes in a skincare regime with regards to other serums, for example an antioxidant in the morning, with moisturiser& SPF as the antioxidant is thinner in texture does it go on first? & can you use an oil & moisturiser at night or just this & a moisturiser? Many thanks just want to make sure am doing this correct.
ReplyDeleteSomeone?? SOMEONE??? ME you mean!? LOL
DeleteI personally would do anti-oxidant first, then hydraluron then moisturiser. I would use an oil separately - just my preference. If you want to though you can do oil, hydraluron, moisturiser. :)
Sorry!!! & Thankyou! I wasn't sure if you had finished with this review. Ordered from Boots after reading your review & will add it into my skincare routine as you adviced. Many thanks.
DeleteIt's really confusing because some therapists/companies say hydrate the skin first to correct then prevent with your antioxidant then protect with your moisturiser/SPF! But I always go by the texture & always start with the thinner serum. Wonder if it really makes any difference in when the antioxidant serums come in?
DeleteAntioxidants are protection for the skin - and different companies recommend different application times - but I'm with you - I generally go with the texture.
DeleteI ordered this from Walgreens.com 2 minutes after reading your review... there's no one I trust more regarding skin care! Walgreens is now sold out, thanks to all of us. I this might finally be the product that can manage the intensely dry skin I get the first week we turn on the furnace in the fall.
ReplyDeleteYay for Walgreens! :)
DeleteHi, I ordered P50V and it arrived this morning. I used a small bit and it stung the crap out of my skin. The stinging lasted for a minute and then went so I assume this is ok? I also bought Hydraluron the other day (yes I am trying to follow ALL your advice) and was afraid to use it on top of the p50V. I presume I can so this also yes? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteGod yes! All good! P50 with sting, then Hydraluron then moisturiser :)
DeleteDo you know how this compares to the Caudalie thirst quenching serum?! I was planning on buying it this month but after reading this I may change my mind?!
ReplyDeleteI would go for this - I liked the Caudalie - but this has been better for scarring and skin tone.
DeleteNot related but maybe you could tell me how you like the alpha h cleansing oil? I spotted it in one of your instagram pics. thanks
ReplyDeleteReview coming up this week! :)
DeleteWould comment but am running to Boots with advantage card in hand to buy it. Shortly before forwarding link to this post to every one I have ever met. Thanks as always x
ReplyDeleteLOLZ - thank you! :)
DeleteHi, I am new to this blog, but man oh man haven't I learned a lot this past week... I have a Decleor prolagene gel that I have been using to combat acne scars, do you think this would be better for that purpose? Thanks for all your wisdom, I wish this had been around back in the days when I first started experimenting with Clearasil!
ReplyDeleteIt would help with new scarring - not a lot for old.
DeleteDecleor is a good brand.
Hi Caroline,
ReplyDeleteWould i use this under or on top of Cold Plasma?
Cheers
Karen
Under. Sorry for delay!
DeleteThis comment has been removed by a blog administrator.
ReplyDeleteBought this yesterday, used once and can feel and see a Difference already! Thanks so much for reccommding!!
ReplyDeleteJust want to ask, when I use an oil on an evening can I use:
Hydraluron
Decleor oil
Moisturiser(help on choosing one would be great)
Or should I just use a moisturiser in the nights I use Hydraluron and no oil?
Also is it necessary to have a different day an night moisturiser? Sorry to keep asking question after question but your advice is invaluable & I really appreciate it :)
Thank you so much!
Ps. Sweet clean Is hallf price on boots online along with other SUPER products!!
I use oil separately - but I would always say try and see what suits your own skin. You need a different PM moisturiser if you use SPF in your day moisturiser.
DeleteBought this after reading your post raving about it and after two uses am loving it! My skin feels amazing. One question though, it says use all over your face, does this include the eye area?
ReplyDeleteCheers, Jules x
I use near the eye - its been fine for me. x
DeleteAnd with that, it was added to the shopping list. Cannot wait to get my hands on a tube - I think your blog is saving my skin's life.
ReplyDeletehttp://theconfectionmonsoon.wordpress.com
Good! :)
DeleteI bought this as soon as i has read your review and it has been ace, my skin seems to already be quenched again after only 2 days!!
ReplyDeleteI too have rosacea and have just had an awful outbreak. I use EH cleansing balm and Pai Camelia and Rose cleanser, Botanics rose water toner and Pai Chamomile and Rosehip Mosituriser and my skin seems to be calming, although it is still itchy at times and i have 2 huge comedones on my chin (caused by Origins Mushroom soothing lotion).
Your blog has taught me so much, so thank you.
Alex
xx
As I'm constantly hunting your blog for the newest and best skincare out there I will finally make my holiday trip to London very soon.
ReplyDeleteSo I would love to read your must-have skincare items, only availible in London for dehydrated/dry skin with anti-ageing properties.
That would totally help me out!!
Thank's a lot!
Have used this since it was recommended and have to say that I cannot get it to work...I apply it before my moisturiser but my skin looks a bit shiny (not greasy). My skin seems to look and feel better with just the moisturiser. Oh well, I suppose certain things will not work for everybody. Caroline, what serum would you recommend as a second to this? Many thanks x
ReplyDeleteWhat moisturiser are you using it with and what is your skin like normally?
DeleteI'm really intrigued about the product! I'd really like to try it!
ReplyDeleteAbi x
I was sad to find out that Hydraluron was sold out on Walgreens.com that I emailed Indeed Labs to find out why they didn't stock it on their website and where I could get my grubby hands on a tube. I received a reply saying they are updating their website and they are not sure if they'll offer their entire range on the site. And currently Hydraluron is only available in Canada and UK, but plan to be in the US very soon. Balls.
ReplyDeleteI purchased this on your recommendation and really looking forward to using it !! Is it safe to use on the eye area as i have really dry eyelids ? Love your blog Thankyou for great reviews . Love Claudia XOX
ReplyDeleteI use it on the eye area - just don't go too close.
Deletefound your lovely blog after asking for skincare blog recommendations on twitter. without a doubt, yours is by far the best i have read. i love your honest opinions and your writing style, i've gone so many pages back and you haven't failed to make me either laugh or smile! so thank you for that.
ReplyDeleteon a actual post related question: would this work with very sensitive yet combination/oily skin? i'd love to retain a bit of moisture without overloading the skin and this sounds perfect.
thank you in advance if you reply.
from helen at www.thelovecatsinc.com // @thelovecatsinc
Hi Helen,
DeleteAbsolutely it would. But you still need a moisturiser afterwards.
Cx
I bought it and i am really happy for it.
ReplyDeleteI thinks it helps me a little with my acne
Love from Denmark
It definitely does - brilliant for mine too.
DeleteI have used this continuously, twice daily, since you posted. WOW. The sore, stubborn refusing to heal cystic acne I had has been transformed!!! My healing rate has significantly increased and my skin looks so smooth and glowing. I love this product.
ReplyDeleteThankyou. Xx
Amazing! I'm so pleased.
DeleteWhere has this product been all my life? I live in South Africa, and had to order it online from Canada. It arrived a few days ago and has already become my favourite treatment. After 3 days my skin is glowing, and I'm feeling great. Thanks for featuring Hydraluron on your site. I would never have known about this skincare miracle otherwise.
ReplyDeleteYou're very welcome! I love it! :)
DeleteI bought this after reading your review and have noticed a massive improvement in my skin.
ReplyDeleteYour blog is fantastic and had helped my revamp my skincare routine - only one week and I'm starting to see a big difference.
So a massive thank you for all the time and hard work you put into this blog - it's amazing.
Toni
x
Thank you Toni - I'm only sorry I don't have time to post more often! :)
DeleteHi Caroline, I have purchased this product following your glowing review. In the pm I cleanse with mama mio clean slate then tone with origins purifying tonic, apply the hydraluron, followed by mama mio mighty moisture and then 4 drops of rosehip oil. Am I over moisturising? In the am I use hydraluron followed by my shu uemura bb cream and Dior foundation. Please advise, thank you
ReplyDeletePersonally I would use the rosehip oil underneath the moisturiser. And I would definitely use a real moisturiser in the morning instead of a BB cream. :)
DeleteI am skin obsessed. I've used high SPF since my early 20's and avoid the sun(I am now 41), do facial exercises, use minimal products on my face for cleaning, use cliniques basic moisturiser and drink gallons of water so I am generally pretty in tune to what my skin is up to. Have tried various creams and potion (favourite being Cliniques Turn Around Serum) BUT I have been using this for a month and it is outstanding. My skin is smoother, more even in tone, softer, fuller. I cannot speak highly enough of it. I use it everyday, once a day.
ReplyDeleteI have also bought Aldis version to have a go at that but if its not as good as shall go back to this one.
A seriously good product.
Would this do the same job as my dermaquest B5 serum? It is half the price!
ReplyDeleteProbably - but that probably has more anti-ageing added benefits?
DeleteWow! I want this but where can I find it in the US? Is sold out at Walgreens.
ReplyDeleteIt's only in Walgreens stores, but it never seems to be there.
DeleteAhh I want this so bad! But can't find it in the US! Walgreens is sold out!
ReplyDeleteI've been looking for this in the states for at least a month. Walgreens never has it in stock, and they claim it's not sold online. So are they lying to us consumers? Hmmm.
ReplyDeleteI tried this and wasn't that impressed. It's ok. Have you tried the Caudalie SOS Hydrating serum?
ReplyDeleteyes I tried that and wasn't that impressed. :) Its ok - but this did me far more good.
DeleteLOL...I have a feeling the weather where I live is playing a role in the results I see. I'm not in the UK..not as much rain which might actually do my skin some good. I don't think the weather in central Canada is as forgiving. :)
DeleteI emailed Walgreens to ask if it would be available online in the future and this is the response I got:
ReplyDelete"This is in response to your email regarding a product. I apologize for
any inconvenience.
Please keep trying back online as it should be back in stock. Thank you
be well and have a great day."
That was over a month ago. :o
Hi,
ReplyDeleteVery interested in this but I was thinking about getting embryolisse .. Which is better ? I have dry skin and suffer from spots on chin area

Hi Caroline, I totally wrote off this brand based on the atrocity that was Nanoblur. I really hated that product with a passion. But you make me want to give them a second chance. Very glad I found your blog, cheers Annie x
ReplyDeleteIf you are living in Canada, I've seen this product in Rexall/PharmaPlus. Oh my gosh Caroline, you should've seen my reaction when I saw the box as I had JUST read your review in the morning. You are the best. Seriously. You're on my top sites page! Love from Canada xx
ReplyDeleteMrs Hirons, if I have this do I need any other hydrating serums, masks etc? Just got to allocate my funds reasonably and all that jazz...
ReplyDeleteI contacted Indeed Labs directly and asked them about the availability of Hydraluron in the States. This is the response I got:
ReplyDelete"Thank you for reaching out to Indeed Labs and for your interest in our
products. We are happy to announce that we will be airing an infomercial
in late November at which time our customers may order on line. Please
visit our website to stay well informed.
Sincerely,
Indeed Labs"
I just happen to pick this up on holiday in Canada without knowing anything about it, the lovely pink box caught my eye, and I have to agree with the review, it is rather wonderful!! I have oily skin prone to the odd break-out but dehydrated at the same time. Since Ive been using this for about 2 weeks my skin has really improved, no big break-outs and it looks fresh and glowy. I'll definitely be getting this again, review is spot on (no pun intended) :)

Could this be why my make-up disappears?! dehyrdration?! I'm a uni student (drink, stress!) and have a horrific diet (sugar addict) although my skin has got much better since investing in a skincare programme ... could this be the answer! xx
ReplyDeleteThis looks really good! Can't wait to give it a go myself now, especially since the free Peptalash offer in Boots is glitching, making it really cheap to buy Indeed Labs products!
ReplyDeleteSo I currently cleanse, tone and put acne treatment every night, so how would this fit in? Would be grateful if you replied, I am scared of moisturizer hence I only use it when I wear makeup. Thus my skin is dry as paper. Thank you for your help.
ReplyDeleteHi Caroline, can I use hydraluron underneath effaclar duo?is it ok?
ReplyDeleteDo you use moisturizer while hydraluron is still wet on your face?
ReplyDeleteCould anyone in this comment thread let me know whether using this in conjunction with Peter Thomas Roth Retinol Fusion PM serum at night is okay? I'm trying to work out when I would use this, whether it would DILUTE the PTR or make it more effective... also, anyone with inflammatory adult acne (with dry skin, not oily, super sensitive, because why would anything ever be straightforward) ever try this in a similar skincare routine? I've literally just - JUST - gotten my skin to calm the hell down through a nightly balm cleanse and PTR (ffs I'm 30!). I could use something like Hydraluron to help speed up the fading of red marks and any future post-spot scabby bits I might have, but I'm not sure (a) if this is the right stuff to do that of (b) whether I should just use it in the morning of for the occasional "treat" night or what. And there's no Google stuff for using retinol serum and hydraluron yet, so.....
ReplyDeleteCan anyone recommend me an eye cream for someone in their 20s? :/
ReplyDeleteI just watched you on Pixiwoo's Body Talk! I googled Hydraluron and your blog popped up! Yeah, I am now a subscriber :)
ReplyDeleteWhy don't we have Boots in Sweden?? Argh!
ReplyDeleteI can't get a hold of this...
Do you know anything else that is similar to this but might be a bit easier getting my hands on??
Please help!
My skin is dry so I bought it last week after hearing from You through pixiwoo. I never had any acne problem, not even a single one, and thanks to this serum now I have them popping up all over my face!
ReplyDeleteOh no! Nightmare. Do you think it's an aergic reaction? Has it ever happened before? What do you normally use? X
DeleteThank you for the reply. I am not sure if its an allergic reaction because I never had anything like this happen before. I have stopped using it for the past 2/3 days so that my skin calms down and I am thinking of giving it another go. Lets see what happens :fingers crossed: I normally use la roche posay (Toleriane Purifying Foaming Cream) cleanser, Burt's bees (cranberry & pomegranate Sugar Scrub/Citrus Facial Scrub) to exfoliate and BioDerma Hydrabio Legere as moisturizer and dr hauschka revitalizing eye cream. Although I need to change bioderma as its not giving me enough hydration and I get dry patches in my 'T' zone. Any suggestions?

ReplyDeleteI'm planning my next skincare splurge, and where else to go but here ... my skin, i think, is dehydrated (it drinks my moisturisor up, and my make-up disappears really quickly). I've been taking much better care of skin and its loooking a lot clearer, but after reading your post about dehydrated skin, I think mine might be ... would this be the product I need? is there anything else you might recommend? xxxx
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like just the thing I need for my skin but Boots doesn't ship to Luxembourg.
